Devious Devices unleashes new tracks against all the biters. Techno engineered and created from low voltage connections with Detroit, giving you electric shock where you need it most. It started all with a little something like this......
DJ Doit was surrounded by music at the passing of 4 birthdays and was taken by his father Ivan to Music Halls all across Sydney on Friday and Saturday nights, arriving at 6.00pm for the bands warm-up. His father played the saxophone and the clarinet for the 5 piece band where they would play covers, classics and originals, Peter and his father would be arriving home at 2 in the morning and remembers being carried out of the car asleep which is an experience not forgotten on many aoccasions. The music Peter's father played helped pioneer the Croatian and Russian specialist provinces of these nations first, second and third generations in Sydney. During these times Peter entered a music talent competition at the age of 7 and received first place. The instrument of choice wasn't important at the time however proved crucial in Peter getting the groove. At the age of 9, he began keyboard lessons from his next door neighbour in the western suburbs of Sydney where life was mostly spent on the street and money was hard to come by. Lessons were bartered for lawn mowing or house maintenance. During this year his parents gave him an electric organ for his birthday and the electrons began to flow. Peter continued with his electric organ lessons unaware of what the future held. Today he walks the planet with records in one hand and headphones in the other.

Devious Devices presents a newly created ally, Lee Berg. He has emerged into Devious Devices fold from early 2014. His taste of music comes from the movement of the body to the beat, swinging and stomping heavy slapping sounds with a little help from others.
Lee has done most of his propaganda in Croatia during the summer of 2014/2015 and presented his sound to the islanders, who love to boogie. He has taken the next step and produced his first EP Modified, with a second ' Flipp'in Burger's. Lee has seen that techno needs to evolve and not stay in the minimal ear, where he understands that there is a liking to this sound, Lee's groove goes beyond this and makes the dancer dance. Damn, thats what the music is produced for, not to drop the head and bounce the neck up and down like a drone.
Lee has experimented with vocals in his premiere releases and uses it to the dancers advantage. Many sounds of today are created with the programmers software that leaves little to the imagination except what the programmers software only allows the so called 'producer' to produce, where as Lee uses a prolifa of analogue machines and digital gear to get his unique techno based bopping sounds into your mind.
